Tim was born in Penticton British Columbia on December 24, 2007. He began golfing at the age of 3 and started competing at 8 years old. Growing up in a golfing family and living near the Osoyoos Golf Club, he spent day and night honing in his skills. He first started competing in the local Zone events and progressed his game positively on the Zone 2 circuit and at 16 he won the overall Zone 2 Order of Merit. Along the way he captured several titles and many top finishes. In 2025 at the age of 16 Tim earned himself a spot to represent the “men’s zone team at the 2025 BC Amateur. Tim has qualified and competed at the age of 16 and 17 in the Canadian Men’s Amateur. In 2024 he captured the BC Juvenile Championship title. With his strong performances he earned himself a spot on the 2025/2026 UBC Golf Team.
